Extremely friendly and helpful staff. One employee helped me search for button-up shirts made only from synthetic fibers (when I sweat heavily in cotton it feels awful against my skin). She took her time and retrieved products from the storage area (where they were being kept because of low stock). If the employees I encountered hadn't offered me their friendly help I wouldn't have found the full range of items I was looking for. Great location.

Meghan was incredibly helpful with everything, including ordering the exact item I wanted for Christmas from another location. Store was clean, organized, and all other staff members were beyond friendly. Will be happy to shop here again!

Just wanted to take a minute and say “thank you” to Patagonia team (and Sarah) and company as a whole. We’ve had such great experiences with the staff helping us with kids’ outerwear. I have two sons both at which one point or another have lost coats/inner liner of a coat and/or damaged a coat that needed repaired. They have always gone above and beyond to make it easy for us to replace a coat or get one in our hands asap so my kids have what they need during the cold season. It keeps us coming back year after year because I know if anything happens, they have our back! Thank you Patagonia for caring about humans and not just profit 💗

My Favorite clothing brand! The staff is amazing and super helpful/friendly. They all love the gear and outdoors as much as their customers. The company itself uses renewable and sustainable practices and materials which in turn help us all

I loved Patagonia brand as I saw it on people and it was beautiful, elegant, and colorful. The store was so organized. The location is very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I hope to see more Patagonia branches in more states, especially in Cincinnati,OH
